"there is no room service after 10:00 pm.for example i asked for a boiled water for my little baby ,but unfort. no service at that time."

"The staff at the Voyager was "EXCELLENT" They went the extra mile for us and then some. We started out with a sick child before we left Calgary, drove through a snow blizzard to get to Banff and ended up having to come back to Calgary the next day. Our son took a turn for the worst, ended up taking him to the hospital, and was undecided whether he was able to make the trip home or not. Needless to say, the hotel(we were bumped to the Spruce Grove because of lack of space) and staff were so accommedating with our situation. We decided to stay for Saturday but by about 12:30, our son was not doing to well and we made the choice of going home. The Voyager again understood and let us leave without any kind of penalty what so ever. I would like to express a special thank-you for Alana that helped us find the best room to suit our needs and also Susan (I think that was her name, She works at the front desk of the Voyager) that understood our situation and treated us with the up-most respect.We have stayed many times at the Voyager Inn and love it because of the helpful staff and understanding hearts. This was our first experience with the Spruce Grove and also thought it was very nice. Sometimes, at least for us, remember the hotels more for the people working there than anything else and I can truthfully say they are the best! THANK-YOU AGAIN and see you the next time we are in Banff. Mrs. Marlene Wright"

Banff Voyager Inn 
The Banff Voyager Inn is located in the town of Banff and is a short 15-minute walk to the center of town. It is located inside the Banff National Park.
This hotel offers friendly service and full value at moderate prices. The hotel amenities include garden patio, a lounge, liquor store, an indoor whirlpool, dry sauna, heated outdoor swimming pool, and free parking. It also features Charlie Grants Grill. The friendly staff will be happy to assist guests with sight seeing, attractions, and various activities during their stay.
