"Room cleaning was very poor with badly made bed, not vacuumed, long black hair in bath, (not ours( and no replenishment of teabags. Corridors not very clean and rubbish by door to car parking was there the whole time we were. Breakfast was overpriced compared to all other Canadian Hotels we stayed at (even more than the Coast Plaza in Vancouver), not so much to choose from and the service was not brilliant."
