"Service was satisfactory but it's very fundamental and nothing special. Facilities and location were also no advantage."

"We were woken up at 7:50 am every day with extremely loud construction either on the hotel or right behind it. It sounded like they were right in the room with us it was so loud. We should have been told that these were going to be the circumstances so that we could have had a discount or stayed elsewhere. The walls were paper thin, we might as well have stayed in a gymnasium full of people. The staff were not overly helpfull and some were not friendly at all and treated us like we were an inconvienience. We noticed other people being treated the same way. I suggest that people should spend a bit more money and choose a different place that's closer to town. The location of the Spruce Grove was not the best. It was one of the last hotels on the strip. I suggest The Best Western. It was excellent and cheaper."
