"Unusual room setup. Small rooms, extremely comfortable, good views (if you get the deluxe view) - however, the resort is located up on the mountain and you must drive to get to restaurants and shopping downtown. The hotel caters to tour groups - especially Asian in origin. In addition, be aware that the hotel charges for overnight parking."

"Question 3 on hotel location answered as "Don't Know", but should be considered as "Not Relevant":
* Airport / business district: Banff has no airport and no real business district.
* Attractions/shopping/restaurants: The Rimrock Hotel is out of town, so it's not ideally located for these amenities, but we wanted to be out of town in a quiet location."
