"There were no cots at this hotel. There were no extra blankets or pillows in the room. The beds were very uncomfortable. The air conditioner did not work well and kept us up all night with the on/off racket it made. There was lots of noise from another room all night as well.
Very pricey for what we got. In fact, it was the most expensive portion of our trip with regards to accomodation."

"snotty atitude by front desk. not much toilet paper. no newspaper.
$2.00 for internet. (advertised free) To many suits walking around front desk doing noting. I might be a country bumkin but I can tell staff that thinks theyre shit don't stink. Overpriced under serviced."

Michelle from Dunmoore, AB CA stayed on July 17, 2005
"The room I was in was small and cramped and in the basement even though the cost was $200. per night. I understand it was during Stampede, but it was unreasonably high for the room I was given. There were also several children running up and down the hallways knocking on the door and the window of the room. I complained to the front desk, but it continued well into the night. The number on our telephone was a different room number than on our door, so our pizza delivery was delayed resulting in cold food. The hot tub in the pool area was filthy - dirt and sand floating in it. All in all, things could have been much better. I travel to Calgary quite often, but won't be staying in this hotel again."

"We booked a suite room. The users guests should be informed that the airconditioning is not effective in the second room unless the connecting door is left open."
