"The room was great except when we arrived and went in our room the garbages had not been emptied from the previous guests,,, not enough pillows or towels in the rooms either.."

"I had booked a Non-smoking room with 2 queen size beds for 4 of us. Checking in was told there were no more non-smoking rooms available, but that they would give us an air filter, which we never saw. The 2 queen size beds turned out to be 1 queen size bed and a hideabed which was extremely uncomfortable. Upon asking for extra blankets to try to make it a little better, was told there were none available. All in all, our experience there was terrible, restaurant closed at 8 p.m. so no where for children to eat. Had to order pizza into our room. Would absolutely NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. I have already written to their head office with my list of complaints."
