"Hi. Whenwe checked in we got a room that was not ready and when we called the register they immediately changed our room and also gave us access to the regency club . They were very sorry for their mistake and made up for it. We had a very good stay at the hotel. raji"

"This is the second time my friend and I stayed at your hotel. Robert at the front desk gave us a free buffet at your restarant and we are glad that it was free. The food was all bad and the sevice was just as bad. It took 15 min just to get our server to get us a coffee and we had to flag her down. We would never go there again. The hotel was awsome and will be back again next time we are back just not to eat there!!! We also thought you should put more towels and face cloths in the rooms"

"Pay per veiw movies were $12 per Parking $18 per day. The room service menu was ridiculusly overpriced ie. bowl of pretzels $11. However, Recreation facilities were wonderful and Staff was very nice. Perhaps you could let patrons know about parking reservations b/c there was no parking stalls available until after 10.00 pm due to events. I wouls stay ther again but I will not be convinced to purchase incidentals again at those prices. Thank you"

"Housekeeping failed to clean our room one day, which caused a bit of upset for my family. However, the situation was rectified quickly, and the hotel manager made amends by providing us with a free night's stay in the future. The hotel was fairly nice, however, the Hyatt charges $16 a night to park in their underground lot, which I find extremely customer unfriendly. Imagine having to pay for parking at a hotel you're already paying to stay at!"

"One of the best hotels in Canada. I liked the art and the modern hotel, swimming pool, spa, fitness center and the room. Excellent! Missing is only a night club (dancing) for later in the night ... The service of the people was excellent!"
