"Initially when I booked the room, I was told that there was no room with two queen beds available. The only room they had that could sleep three people would be the loft suite. I agreed to take it, thinking that I could sleep on the pull out couch.
I questioned the front desk later in the evening when I saw that the parking lot didn't seem to be too full. She asked if I booked through central registry and explained that there were in fact lots of rooms available. She asked if I wanted to move but by this time we had already unpacked. I asked for the rate of the regular room and she agreed to reduce the price from 195.00 to 115.00 per night.
I probably should have changed rooms as the pull out was terrible to sleep on.
It wasn't bad but I don't think I'd jump at returning to that hotel."

"My name Susan Birkenshaw and I am a travel agent (susan@ytq.ca) who booked these rooms for Robinson, Birkenshaw, Coran and Patenaude for the same nughts. This group was on a golf odyssey enjoying the extraordinary sights of the Rockies and great golf at the same time. Your hotel apparently was more than they expected - they enjoyed food and amenities. The proximity to the things they were interested in - golf, shopping and airport was great and I know I will use your facility again as a result of their comments. Many thanks - SB"

"Some confusion by desk clerk on check-in as they had our reservation as a 'smoking' room. They were able to change it to non-smoking, but almost made us feel this was a bit of trouble. Two messages had been left with the hotel prior to our arrival, but when room was entered and phone checked, the messages were not there. Otherwise, our stay was very enjoyable."
