They accomodated by reducing our rate but the service did not improve on the second night.I would have preferred to have paid full price and had clean glasses and a clean tub." The bed wasn't comfortable and the pillows (which were new, and apparently are the same kind in all your hotels) were too bulky. I think you should have some thinner pillows too for guests who prefer them that way. Other than that, it's a very good hotel; but I was there just for a good night sleep."
