"It was an extremely busy weekend--they did not have enough staff scheduled to work--we spoke to staff 3 times about dishes sitting outside of the Princess Room for over 20 hours before they were picked up. The 5th floor we believe to be designated as a non-smoking floor--there were either visitors or guests of the hotel smoking on that floor--having a serious allergy to smoke we approached staff about the matter--they were simply too busy to deal with the matter.
Dining room staff--an Indio Canadian Lady--was extremely busy--but so friendly and warm--she was running off her feet to try and serve the guests--she needs to be commended."

"The bathroom was dirty, the hide-a-bed was broken and grimy. The service in the restaraunt was non-existent. The manager tried to make it right, but too little too late. The hotel had a shuttle bus going to the event we were in town for. The shuttle driver didn't check to make sure all the people getting on the shuttle were registered for it. As a result, people who registered for the shuttle were unable to get on because it was full of un-registered users. We ended up taking a cab (which the hotel paid for). The stay was, overall, less than acceptable. I wouldn't recommend it."
