"I had far higher expectations for the Ramada, a hotel with a universally recognized name. We had numerous problems with our room keys, our phone didn't work and even after incidentals were requested we still could not use any of the services provided. It took four trips down to the front desk to resolve these issues. The front desk people were cordial, but not overly friendly or apologetic for the inconvenience. However, they did provide free breakfast vouchers when asked. In a hotel such as the Ramada, I don't believe that I should ever have to leave my room unless I want to. Not because I'm lazy, but because if I'm on a holiday or even a layover, I should be able to pick up the phone and get what I want."

"The elevator was ridiculously slow, there was no more hair dryers left when it said there was a hair dryer in every room, check in took a very long time and the staff seemed confused, check in was at 3pm and we arrived at four and they said that we would have to wait until out room was cleaned."

"Free parking and free breakfast made the price acceptable. There wasn't a fan in the bathroom (in the two rooms I saw) - so after a shower the mirrors were steamed up."
