"My only complaint is that we registered online and when we arrived they did not initially have our reservation. They were able to book us into our desired room at the rate we had reserved for so it turned out ok. However, I did not find the front desk manager to be overly friendly. She seemed rather miserable, actually. When I called down to ask if housekeeping had Advil her response was a curt "no." She did not offer me any directions as to where I might find advil or anything. Customer service seemed to be lacking a bit."

"We had booked for 3 nights and only stayed 2.... we were awaken by a barking dog in the parking lot Sunday morning..... apparently they do not take dogs inside the building so someone left their dog in a vehicle in the parking lot and it was a noisy little character... when the air conditioner was on it was not noticed but in the morning when we turned that off the dog was annoyingly audible....."
