The bed was super uncomfortable and the daily room service (cleaning) could have been better. The person on the above floor from us could be heard on a nightly basis as well. The parking availabilty was also frustrating at times. I also believe that the Keg Restaurant should have room service available to the patrons who are staying in your Hotel.
