"the parking leaves something to be desired. When a function is going on at the hotel, and the two resturants are busy, which they seem to be we ended up parking at the tire store across the street. Many were doing that. this needs to be addressed."

"We were disappointed. This is the 2nd TG weekend we have stayed in this hotel. No smiling service when we arrived on a busy Friday afternoon. Lots of people checking in and only one clerk at the desk who was very frustrated and not able to service people the way she would have liked....not fair to her. I just had a sense that there wasn't consistent management presence at the front desk. Expedited check out would have been nice. We didn't like the layout of the suites. We booked one thinking we would have more room than a regular room because we are poor sleepers and are up a lot at night, but not so. we would probably have been better off in a regular room except that we would have kept each other up all night! Poor lighting in "living room" made reading in bed impossible. Also, found air circulation in LR poor. This is a design probelm of BW, not a service problem. I have stayed in nicer suites to meet our needs, for the same $$$. Cleaning staff were very nice and most helpful, greeted us in the hallways - and smiled!! Pool and hot tub were wonderful and very clean as was the workout area. Internet in the rooms, plus the business centre is essential for the business traveller, although the printer in the BC needed a printer cartridge and there was no spare in the office and it is a long weekend and I was printing off our Boarding Passes. Is this not easy to look after? We will probaby book with another hotel next year...We need to see a well-run front desk...no stressed staff. We travellers are stressed enough to get there.. Thanks."
