"The vent in the bathroom ceiling dripped water for about a half hour Thursday night about 9 or 10 PM. I called the desk, and they said they would take care of it. It stopped dripping about 10 minutes later. I waited a half hour, then went over to the desk to request extra towels to clean up the water in the floor of the bath."

"The hotel is located on the edge of town but has easy access to main roads and it is not crowded in by other high buildings. The buildings have been there for some time and the amenities are somewhat dated. However, it is better than other hotels in Jasper (of similar price) in which we have stayed previously so have no complaints."

"I would describe this as a flea trap. Very displeased and will tell all my friends not to stay there. Our room was old and dirty and we ended up leaving."

"The hotel was old and the rooms could have done with a freshen up. The hotel wasn't value for money and was taking advantage of the summer season to increase rates for the hotel. We payed a lot of money for a room that didn't even come with a breakfast even though they were selling rooms for less money that included a breakfast."
