"This resort's attraction is its location within Jasper National Park. You should have a choice like "don't care" or "not applicable" for questions about this place's proximity to the airport, shopping and business district. Sunwapta Falls Resort was amazing because it is so remote. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished, while the place retained the feel of a rustic lodge. The food was excellent and reasonably priced and the staff were so friendly and really went out of their way to provide advice and information for a great stay. I would definitely go back when I return to Alberta."

"We were disappointed in the distance from Jasper. We assumed that it was in the town of Jasper but in reality it was 20 outside of town even though it had a Jasper address. It limited the time spent in the town."

"The decor was very nice in the room (bedcoverings and curtains...). However someone needs to go in the washroom (toilet and bathtub) and take a look at the paint job around the door. I guess that no one inspected it from this view point but every guest sees a very messy paint job. One other feedback about the layout was the sink was in the main room rather thatn in the washroom or at least in a private alcove area. This leaves no privacy for a person using the sink. Can be a negative feature depending who you are sharing the room with. The restaurant after 6:00 pm was extremely expensive ($26 entrees)for a family. We fortunately were able to eat earlier at the cafe rates. More affordable dining would have been nice even after 6:00. The location was perfect for our biking trip and the proximity to the falls was excellent. So there you go - some good stuff and some suggestions. JM"
