"The Front Desk staff was exceptional everyday, very courteous & professional! The picnic/champagne basket that was arranged for us by our friends was a wonderful surprise. Your kitchen staff did an awesome job preparing it, the presentation was exceptional...THANK YOU! Though, housekeeping needs some fine tuning. One day, a male from housekeeping walked right into our room without knocking(I was changing). Not sure what he was doing there! I did call the front desk & advise them immediately. Never heard anything more after that, thought that was odd. I figured a Manager/Supervisor or someone should have followed up on this, and advised me how this could have possibly happened. I understand housekeeping should always knock first & wait; then open door; and call out that they are entering the room in order to be absolutely sure NO one is in the room. None of these procedures were followed; all I heard was a key, then doorknob turning, door opened, and he walked right into the sitting area without hesitation. Other than that the location was perfect, lots of relaxation, spectacular scenery, unlimted peace & quiet, good choice for our honeymoon. Thank you!"

"I would make sure that my room was not on the main floor or across from the hallway to the banuquet rooms. It was extremely noisey and unruly when the party goers finally left the rooms between midnight and 3 am. Also make sure that the room you are in does not smell like a locker room.
Can't beat the Rockies for the views though."
