"A fantastic place to stay. The room overlooked Lake Louise. It has an excellent choice of restaurants and lounges, also there was an aray of gift shops. There was a lovely present in the room when I arrived. You were made to feel like a VIP during your stay but unfortunately because of the price we could only stay one night but an experience we will never forget. The view is awesome. This was the best hotel of our holiday."

"The hotel does not have air conditioning in the rooms just fans and only very small windows to open. It was much to hot in the room while we were there in summer and the hotal guest services were not much help. For a hotel charging the prices they charge in summer I would expect better."

"The room was cold and staff did not seem to bothered when I mentioned this on check out. The comment at reception was " Well it's very cold out at the moment but we will have it looked at". The actual problem was a poor quality seal round the window.
Additionally for such a top class hotel the room could have been cleaner with dust deposits on the tea/coffee tray and in the bathroom. This again was mentioned at departure.
Otherwise this is a beautiful location and a wonderful hotel."
