"I had to check with the hotel regarding the nightly rate. The one I had been given on the internet booking was lower than the price charged. This was altered with no problems."

"The hotel room was nice and clean and had everything you needed. The only thing it lacked was an elevator to the upstairs rooms which can be a real pain with suitcases."

"Hotel was spread across 5 buildings, if you want to swim you have to walk over and then freeze on the way back, etc.
The lobby was nice, but the actual rooms were dingy and motelesque. You could hear people passing by your room.
We were rushed out in the morning."

"We felt that our room was well appointed and very clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to others, however, the restaurant service was very poor and will not recommend our friends and colleages to eat at the Pizza or lounge restaurant. Our meals were slow and only ok at best. In fact our waiter forgot to put our order for our dinner and it was not until 1/2 hour or more later that he realized this...very poor service unfortunately."

"The food at the Pizza/Pasta restaurant was terrible. I didn't think you could ruin pizza, but it tasted like it had a Bisquit crust. My Lasagna was a meat pie. I wanted to go back to the kitchen and teach them Italian Cooking 101.
I know the hotel has no control over Lake Louise shopping, but the "grocery store" should have a little more than what it did. 7-11's seem to have more.
We have a room with a "view of the pool". Since I have a health problem, sometimes I would need to rest during the day, but the noise from the pool was so loud I had to put my TV on to drown it out. I also didn't realize that this type of room had windows that didn't open to fresh air, or any air for that matter. It would have been nice to know so we could have reserved a different room.
Also, you could use more washers and dryers along with 'rules' for usage. Guests would leave their clothes in the washers or dryers without considering someone else might need them. The dryers took 2 cycles to dry clothes, but guests didn't realize that and complained (to me, another guest, about it). I just ran a second cycle. I also found out that people who aren't staying at the hotel use the laundry. When I asked at the shopping area if there was a place to do my laundry, I was told to use the Lake Louise Inn."
