"Hotel was not clean, pool was too cold for kids to use, was informed that my price through canadianhotels was more than what hotel would've charged me.
T.V. channels were fuzzy, lamps were not working properly(touch the lamps and they flicker and go out) was a noisy hotel as well.
I would not use this service at the sandman hotel unless canadian direct changed price and Sandman cleaned things up a bit.
