We arrived from Calgary about 1:30 and wanted to freshen up and change clothes before our 2 PM function. How is it possible not to have even one room ready by that time? Going to the function in travelling clothes was very inconvenient. You have cleaning staffs starting by eight in the morning, so surely they would have had time to have most of the rooms ready for occupancy by 1:30!!! Because of time constraints I could not go to another hotel but I surely would have." Recommends the hotel to others?
