"I WAS VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I BOOKED A ROOM A WEEK A HEAD OF MY STAY. WE GOT TO MEDICINE HAT THAT EVENING THEY GAVE US A ROOM THAT THE TOILET DIDNT WORK. I CALLED THE FRONT DESK AND SHE SAID
THAT SHE WOULD TRY TO CONTACT SOMEONE AND GET BACK TO ME RIGHT AWAY.
I WAITED 20 MINUTES WITHOUT A RESPONSE FROM HER. WE THEN CALLED THE FRONT DESK BACK AND SHE SAID THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THAT THEY COULD DO. SHE WASNT EVEN GONG TO CALL ME BACK. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
WE LEFT THE HOTEL AND WENT ACROSS THE STREET TO ANOTHER HOTEL.
THIS IS THE WORST STAY I HAVE EVERY HAD AFTER DRIVING FOR HOURS."
