"I need to qualify my comments, the lobby and common areas were clean and well appointed and all staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. It was my room that I had concerns with. I had only an outside entrance, the door frame was splintered where the lock was mounted. The bed was located in the back of the unit far away from the door (with a bathroom in between the sitting room and the bedroom) There were 2 windows in the bedroom (glass to the floor) with curtains that did not completely cover the window (could see outside from the bed...and in as well from outside)There was no phone or TV in the bedroom and the carpet was not clean, there was dust visible on the carpet along the baseboard and when I moved the bedside table out to see if I could move the phone into the bedroom I found significant dust and debris around the base of the table. I did ask for a room change however the hotel was full and that was not possible. I frequently travel alone and place regard on feeling safe, I did not feel safe in this room for the reasons outlined.One final comment, I had booked for a nonsmoking room and was put in a smoking room. I need also to say that I have stayed in this hotel in the past and not encountered these problems."

"My friend and I discovered bright yellow stains on your box spring in one room and blood stains on the wall in another room. I work in a hospital and found your hotel very unsanitary. I assure you I do not seek to find "something wrong" with a hotel room in order to obtain a discount. I will not be back to stay in one of your hotels.
