"Swimming pool is very cold. Hot tub needs to be drained and cleaned.
Our room was a suite with sofa bed which worked out really well for our family of 5. Had microwave and mini fridge which also came in handy on route to our vacation destination in BC. We would stay here again."

"The Travel Lodge in the same town is much more popular due to its better breakfast choices and friendliness for the same rates. The Best Western Hotel had a less friendly front desk staff in the morning which gave me the impresion that they have no interst in being patient once I was checking out.I had to wait quite a bit until somebody noticed me... The breakfast area had more staff having breakfast than the guests which had to wait for the wafles as the hotel staff was there first....kind of funny! I inquired about the aeroplan miles as I chose this hotel based on this feature, and I got none, as I was not a gold member of some kind of other membership...which I was ready to apply for...but the answer was that for this accomodation this is too late and the next time after I receive my permanent card will do it...however my temporary card could be used as I had same situation in Hilton Hotels which were very accomodating helping you with the application so that I got my points immediately.
If I would have to stay again in this town, I will definetely try another place as I have nothing to loose.I am not a pretentious person but like to see that the true service is above the look of things.
