"The hotel was a distance from main attractions but that was what we were looking for. We didn't want to be in the center of town. It was an older style motel but it ws clean."

"A clean motel with friendly staff. Good value for the money (on the cheaper side). Not the best suburb in the world but it didn't affect our stay. Suited our needs as we needed to get too Vancouver north/west easily."

"This is a cheap hotel, and you get what you pay for. If you're looking for a bed and a shower, you've got it. If you're looking for something aesthetically pleasing...you'll want to look elsewhere."

Happy Day Inn is located approximately nine miles from Stanley Park and 10 miles from Vancouver International Airport. Its central location is within easy reach to all modes of public transportation, four miles from Metrotown, and eight miles from Gastown, Chinatown, the University of British Columbia, and Ford Theatre.
