"I dislike styrofoam cups and that's all that's supplied in the units for morning coffee. Also I noticed that a couple of the pillow cases, though scrupulously clean, were threadbare.
On the plus and its a big plus, the staff were wonderful - accommodating, cheerful and helpful. I will stay there again. In fact I have a suite booked there for my family and myself over Christmas. I'll just remember to bring ceramic cups for us all.

"I left my sweater in the room and didn't realize it until I arrived in Victoria late that afternoon. Called the front desk and they had it there. They mailed it to me and it was here when I arrived home a week later. Excellent customer service.

"I was under the impression we were in an air conditioned room, i think registering 'on line' for a accommodation has its problems, sometimes info. gets lost. We were put in a room with a balcony, so the hotel recognized the problem and did what they could to help us out! Which was great.. the pool was great, i think the 'snack' or breakfast that was 'included' was not what i had in mind, i think it could be made clearer what the breakfast meant.. or just put SNACK instead of breakfast."

"Found a pill on the floor, trouble with the lamps, confused directions to the parking for our unit. Had to pay for reservations on the net.No butter for our muffins."

"In an odd neighborhood, just adjacent to hospital. Would be great if you had to visit a hospitalized relative. It's a nice walk about the block and up the hill where you have nice views, though the immediate neighborhood is not charming in any way. There's an excellent German bakery within walking distance worth going to under any circumstances."
