"Question 3, does not apply here. You go to Emerald Lake to get away from those things and to enjoy it's own natural beauty!
The service is unparalleled! Somehow management here found out that I had a bad experience at Buffalo Lodge the previous night and gave me a room upgrade to make up for it. I did not mention it to the people at Buffalo Lodge nor at Emerald Lake, and have no idea how they found out. They really embody going the "extra mile"!
I would highly recommend Emerald Lake Lodge to everyone!

"Rooms and dining room are great. Only suggestion would to have more pub like food in the pub. Thought pub food expensive and limited. Would not have minded the price if there was a wider selection in the pub. Sometimes we would have like to have was a plate of nachos and cheese, or soup and 1/2 a sandwich. We would like to stay for longer periods of time but when 2 drinks, and a couple of appretizers cost $50.00 in the pub, our desire to eat in your facilities quickly vanishes as we don't plan to eat in the dining room every night.Enjoy the dining room and expect to pay more when we dine."

"The scenery is beautiful. I was a little upset that my bed squeaked when you moved. The staff were excellent. I notice it was in need of paint and the some of the roofs needed to be repaired."
