Tried to rip us off by raising the rate when we walked in the door - even though we had a confirmation of rate! When we tried to walk out she said "Oh, well you booked on line so your card will be charged anyway, and everywhere else in town is sold out." *THIS WAS THE WORST EVER HOTEL STAY! NO BREAKFAST AS PROMISED. SHOWER SOUNDED LIKE JET TAKING OFF. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE." Recommends the hotel to others?
