"for the price, this hotel is a ripoff and i have no intention of staying there again and i shall actively discourage my friends from doing so. even for that price kids had to pay for their breakfast!, i have never encountered anything of the sort before. in my job, i travel a fair bit and i have lived in much better hotels for cheaper."

"Although everything was fine, the last time we were in Nanaimo we stayed at the Best Western for half the price and found it equally comfortable. The good points were the excellent breakfast and free internet access. Also the pillows were better quality than average."
