"Unfortunately we were on a tight schedule and had little time to enjoy Fredericton the way we would have liked. The Lord Beaverbrook provided a gorgeous view of the St. John river. A most picturesque vista. I would definitely stay at the Lord Beaverbrook again, and will recommend it to anyone traveling to Fredericton."

"Found our room dark, poorly furnished, broken furniture, (luggage rack, door on tv cabinet.
Pool area was old and not clean and stocked with piles of excess furntiure."

"It was too hot, the air conditioner wouldn't work and everything was old and dirty! We were supposed to stay for 3 days but only stayed the 1 night b/c it was too late to leave and go elsewhere!"

"This is an older mid range hotel. It is not new, could be considered historic. As long as the rate reflects this you have no problem. Within walking distance of the Lord Beaverbrook is a brand new Sheraton which is better more modern. I think you need a rate differential to sell the Lord Beaverbrook. Also advise people of the situation. The old idea you pay for what you get. This is a special deal because of x, y, and, z."
