"The only negative would be the quality of the fish and chips ordered through room service. Delivery was timely/friendly and the serving was quite attractive, yet the fish had to be the worst I have ever tasted....not flakey but grissly textured as if it was overcooked. Other than that, everything was exceptional, and should we decide to stay again in the city of moncton, our choice will be the Crown Plaza again!"

"Pros The customer business center was great. Meals for our lunch were excellent! Staff always had coffee/muffins/fruit there for us every morning Staff did go the extra mile... you should be proud! Cons Didn't care much for the restaurant being located on the 9th floor. Carpet in our meeting room in the bsmt was extremely dirty. Many ongoing renovations were annoying."

"I have never stayed at one of your hotels before, I was very impressed with the staff and how they tried to get what ever you needed!! The maids were very friendly and helpful. The front desk got us a extra night I really needed , when there was no nights any where in town.One of the maintence man were helpful with direction and questions we had.The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have stayed in at any hotel in a long time. Our visit was good for what we needed. Staff was excellent!!!!!"

"The pool and surrounding area definitely needs work. Pool was very small and the tile around it didn't seem very clean. There was no sauna or hot tub which took away from the enjoyment. Carpet in games room was stained. Prices need to reflect the lower quality of recreational amenities. However, the rooms were comfortable and fairly spacious."

"On the morning of Nov. 7th, 2004 at around 5:45 am we were awaken by the fire alarm. When I called the front desk the receptionist advised that it was indeed the fire alarm and that the fire trucks were on their way. We were advised that they did not know the cause and that it was our choice if we wanted to stay in our rooms or exit. We were on the 6th level. I thought that was poor jugement from the front desk staff to advise that it was our choice to stay. They should have advised everyone to exit for precaution. It turned out to be just a false alarm (so they say!), could also be a cover up, but we are grateful that nothing happened. Shortly after we were advised that we could go back up to our rooms. It was hard to fall back to sleep after all the comotion but I would have to say that overall my stay was an enjoyable one."

"the room was musty and smelled bad. hotel tried to clean the air in the room, but didnt help. when asked about another room, there were none available. we should have just left the hotel. sauna was unavailable, hallways filthy, and pool was very dirty. as a result of this, my kids and I came home sick."

"I have used this hotel several times (3 X month)and continue to appreciate its convenience. However, I have had delays or problems at the reception desk almost every time. Moreover, I find it inconvenient to have to make reservations on-line each time, in order to avail myself of a good rate, rather than be able to make the reservation at that rate in person."
