"I was extremly pleased with the service at this hotel. The food from the restaurant was exceptional and not too pricy. Also, it was the best room service I have ever seen. I have stayed at some of the finest hotels in the United States, some of those being the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco, Beverely Hills Hotel, and the Coronado Hotel in San Diego. I would have to say that the service at Hotel Moncton was definitely comparable to these places."

"I might suggest that instead of just listing "pool" it be listed as an outdoor pool. My child was looking forward to swimming. The staff were wonderful, the furnishings clean but somewhat dated (i.e. carpeting, lighting)."

"Hotel Moncton was an excellent place to stay! Great price and the staff was extra friendly, they certainly went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. I would recommend it to anyone!"

"First room we looked at had dead flies on the foor. The second room had a ball of hair in the toilet. We stayed in this room but found the accomdations to be in sad need of repair. Chipped furniture, broken lamp shade, No "hot or cold" indictors on the taps and lack of heat the second night. The beds were clean and comfortable. Overall impression was that the hotel is past it's prime and in need of refurbishing. Would not recommended it at current pricing."
