"If there were any negative features or irritations' which I certainly did not notice, the hotel and restuarant staffs' friendliness and assistance was above reproach and would certainly overshadow any negativities."

"found it hard to control heat in room.heater was some what loud."

"On the good side: Good room lay-out with a good oversize desk and comfortable chair for desk work.
On the bad side: There was not the promised in-room computer link. It was not operating and apparently had not been operating for some time.
Another comment: A second reading lamp for in-bed reading would be a big advantage."

"I was worried about the choice of rooms. When I booked I couldn't get a harbour view non-smoking room. I dearly wanted a harbour view, so I comnpromised with a smoking room. Well, the sunrise over the narrows was breathtaking and the room had been so well cleaned that the fact that it had been a smoker wasn't hardly evident at all. Bravo!"
