"This hotel was the worst one out of five on our trip trough Nova Scotia.The reception had no reservation ,they blamed you about this. The people at the reception have been very unfriendly. We knew that checkin time was at 3pm,but we were a bit early (2:10)pm and I tried to ask wether my reservation was okay.The receptionist did not even want to hear anything from me and said in a harsh tune: Checkin time is at 3pm!!! Beside this,the restaurant is probably directed by a lazy cook. Saturday night they offered only the rest of a plundered buffet and at Sunday morning the same. The only highlight was really the waitress,she was friendly and worked hard from breakfast to dinner.We felt she was ashamed about offering those buffets only. Another negative point is the Legend Lounge. Very dirty,loud and unfriendly staff. This was not a lounge,its a dirty disco for kids."

"Was placed in a smoking room, although requested a non smoking room. The room was grimy, shower was leaking, mold around tub, stained ceiling, and smelled bad. After a couple of hours we complained to find out that it actually was a smoking room. We were moved to a non-smoking area and that room was much better (cleaner). Service was okay, but hotel staff presented themselves in an unprofessional manner. Would not recommend."

"Requested and received confirmation for a Queen size bed, but when I got to the hotel they only had double beds. The rooms smelled mustly and I didn't feel secure on the back side of the hotel so didn't sleep well. The walls are also pretty thin (i.e., you can hear people on the outside and in the next room. The room door to the parking lot would not shut unless you slammed it and even than didn't latch unless you gave it a good shove."
