"I don't think anyone goes to Liscombe Lodge to shop or do other city things - it is a wonderful getaway (our cell phones didn't even work there - yeh!) We had a wonderful time and I was particularly impressed with the restaurant where all of my unusual food needs were met. The chalet we stayed in was comfortable and private."

On shore you can enjoy a game of tennis or shuffleboard on the lodge grounds. Bike along country roads or hike along our nature trails. Scenic spots like the waterfalls on Liscombe River Trail are just perfect for a picnic - we will pack one for you. And a visit to nearby Sherbrooke Village, a living museum of life in the 1800's, is a trip the whole family will enjoy. Want to work out? You will find all the equipment for aerobic and total body exercise in our fitness center. Afterwards take a dip in our 38 x 20 foot pool, or let our sauna or whirlpool melt your troubles away. Last but not least, unwind on our verandah and enjoy the view of King Fishers, Ospreys and Eagles as our chefs cook the house specialty, Planked Salmon. Its prepared in the traditional way, slowly cooked outdoors in full view of waiting diners. Give yourself a break and get back to nature in our relaxed, casual atmosphere.
