"Unfortunately, I was called away, and never did stay the night - in fact I never turned down the bed.
Staff did seem friendly, and accomodations were neat and clean."

"Only complaint, we asked for a 7:00am wakeup call because we had to be somewhere and the call never came-we woke at 8:00am.
Went to say something at check-out and two of the customer service people were chatting and my husband handed over the key and she said "Oh your already checked out, have a nice day" and resumed her conversation."

"The only complaint I have is using your 800 number for reservations. I am a Canadian, calling in Canada, booking at a Canadian motel, and was quoted a price that I mistakenly assumed was a Canadian price. It was not until I received my confirmation e-mail that I found out that everything quoted was in U.S. funds. I don't like surprises like that. I should have been told the quote was in U.S. funds. Other than that, great motel, real good people.,"

"I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was as nice as it was. The price was phenomenal, but I was willing to get less than the best for my bucks. How wrong I was! Everything was great, especially the people who worked there. If I'm in the area again, I will defintely return to the Comfort Inn."
