"The management should have been more prepared to deal with rowdy guests that were partying until 3:00 AM. The hotel manager tried her best to calm them down but with the paper thin walls, we could ear everything. I spent a very bad nigth and would not return there.
It would have probably been OK if it had not been for the partiers. Given the poor quality of sound proofing, it was impossible to sleep. The guests however, were behaving very badly and I perhaps no amount of warnings could have made any difference.

"Your breakfast area is too small, needs tables and chairs, I personally do not like to juggle my breakfast in my lap. A TV would be great, (CNN).I would like to have known there was no elevator I would have chosen to be on the first floor, and a cart for luggage could be used only if on the first floor, if you provided carts that is."

"Your hotel was very convenient for my purposes. I am very involved in Carriage Driving and I needed to visit a leading horse trainer in Harwood for several days. Cobourg Comfort Inn provided me with the accomodation I needed at a reasonable cost. Having Internet available easily to clients was an added bonus which I used to find telephone numbers and addresses as well as check my email.
If you need a constructive comment I would say that you should include breakfast in your room charge. Your American ccounterparts do so."
