"Better pillows, foam coffee cups so I can take it with me and express check out ( a copy of my bill under the door) so i don't need to return to the front desk."

"Two things:
1) Our first night there, we were awaken three times by reveller's at odd times in the early morning.
2) We were supposed to receive some sort of welcome package from the hotel in the mail, before we arrived. We never received it and I believe that it contained usefull information about the area as well as discount coupons and such We were disappointed that we never received it."
