"Great Hotel but found everyhing to be old, such as beds, Lights furnitures. All light switch in my room were very intermittant.
Apperance from outside was great, personnel is also great. My only complaint is " material Upgrades"
Would not book again over the internet via 3rd party(canadianhotelguide) , still waiting for my invoince and did not receive a clear indication of the charges. Do not understand the Extra charge on my confirmation nor did receive any explanation when asked!
aside from that, was good..

"We had a huge problem with our dinner. We arrived in the restaurant at 7:20 p.m. for dinner and didn't get served until 9:15 p.m. Apparently there was a problem with the printer and the cook didn't get our order. Service was very slow and even though the printer had a problem it was obvious that we weren't getting our dinner so we were disappointed it took so long. We did get 2 kids meals free, but I am not sure that was an even trade."

"We were disappointed to discover that the hotel pricing was increased by $40.00 due to a highland games event happening in a nearby town. I feel you are taking advantage of travellers needing accomodations whether they are attending the highland games in Maxville or staying at your hotel for other reasons."

"The mattress on the king bed was 'dippy' in the middle and I had a sore back in the morning. Also, the T.V. was very small for the cabinet. I used door 5 one day for a short cut to the pool, and I could not get back in through that door - the key panel was not activated. The pool was great, but there was no sign to indicate where the change rooms were - I found them a few days later across the hall. Everything else was great - clean and comfortable and pleasant. It made a very stressful time for me a lot more relaxing. Thank you."
