"There are 3 complaints I have:
- we asked the front desk for 4-extra pillows and she said she would be right up with them because housekeeping were gone for the night and we never say or heard from her.
- we asked for a wake-up call for 8:00am and never received it.
- we booked a time for the shuttle upon arrival for the airport the next morning and it was never recorded - thank goodness we confirmed in the morning at breakfast or we have missed the shuttle."

"Hallways and room smelled stale. Front desk woman told me that I need to work on my numbers as I was apparently confused with the number "three". I am admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States. I believe I know how to recognize the number "three" with or without glasses. Several people at the front desk had difficulty with the English language outside of "hotelspeak".
Finally, when requesting a one hour late checkout, I was told I would have to pay for an entire day. That has NEVER happened to me anywhere in the world. I would NEVER stay at that hotel again."

"The hotel it's self was clean and well looked after, the staff was nice as they could be under the cercumstancis. The hotel was not located as close to the airport and other resturants as I was told on the phone. When we did find it we were very pleased until we wanted to eat, the resturant was very nice but only one waitress for a very very busy Sat pm. It took myself and my family almost 2hrs to even get our food and then all did not come at once. The soup after the meal, we had a very hard time to even get a glass of water, the bread buns were dilevered after the meal. My husband, Mother and myself were served (mine I had to send back undercooked) and my young son they forgot about his order, so they had to microwave him something. Then it is now approx 9:30 pm we thought oh well we will go to the pool and hot tub. The pool was nice and clean and the hot tub was clean but no jets were working. I would recommend the hotel again in hopes that this was an isolated weekend. We travel allot to Toronto and this is the 1st time staying there perhaps we may ask questions before paying and checking in next time.
