The only phone number for booking that the Queensway hospital gave me was your 1-800 # and I thought this was for the hotel but it was not. You overcharged me for this stay. I have a bill of $166.75 and most rooms are around $110.00. The hotel staff were excellent and felt very badly about this problem. They feel you must have made a mistake."
