"The hotel was ideally located for the purpose of our visit and provided good value. The room was very clean and well looked after, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and attended to our needs. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning. Our only complaint was a noisy air conditioning system, although it did keep our room comfortable during a very hot period. We would stay there again."

"I would certainly stay at this hoel again, but I would suggest that an effort be made to insure that all room used things like cups, glasses, coffee and hair products be replaced daily."

"We flew into Toronto's Pearson Airport, so I don't know how convenient it is to Hamilton's airport, but it was a good hour from Pearson. Also, it is kind of out of the way from what I would imagine Hamilton's attractions to be. We were in Hamilton visiting friends, so it wasn't an issue for us. For the price, the hotel had what we expected and was clean and friendly. The Golden Griddle is next door, so it isn't totally isolated from restaurants. The shampoo and soap in the bathroom smells great!"

"We absoluely enjoyed our stay at your hotel, and thought thethe staff was very helpful and friendly. We ate 3 times at the Golden Griddle and thought the service was great, the food was excellent and the rest. was very clean. We are glad that it was attached to your hotel. Thanks again.
