"I made the mistake of booking the room off of the internet through Travelocity and was charged an additional $40 to do. The staff at the hotel were unaware of this and charged me a cheaper rate. However, there was NO customer service through Travelocity and the Super 8 had to return my money, and are crossing their fingers that Travelocity pay their part of the bill. The staff at the Super 8 were understanding and very friendly. I would stay there again as the room was clean and I had four beautiful deer as the scenery out my hotel window. It was unfortunate that the pool was under renovation but I would recommend for anyone to stay there just learn from my mistake....book the room directly with the Super 8!!!! This will save you a 30% commission for someone else doing the booking for you."
