"The workers supplied us with extra towels when the groom and our son came at the Hotel to get washed and dressed for the wedding. We really appreciated this. They were running late and this was very helpful. Thanks for everyone that works at your hotel. This is a stop when we travel from the East (NB) and decided to stay at your hotel for the Wedding and are very satisfied of the choice we made."

"1. No cork screw in bed room. 2. Vending machine no product and no money back- rip off 3.Mattress needs replacing biggg dip in centre, no good for bad backs 4. Overall not bad, but any hotel rate over $119.00 should have the above things plus. would I go back only if all other hotels were sold out in that area. Thanks Viv"

"You could tell that the hotel was older and in need of some minor repairs and upgrades. Our room was clean and comfortable, staff friendly and efficient. Nice to have an outdoor pool in the summer. Overall, a good stay and value"

"We were upgraded at the time of check in as we enquired about a fridge. The room was great. There were lots of parking & it was very clean. I travel to Kingston about 5 times a year so at this price I would definately go back. Thanks so much for a great experience."

"The hotel is next to a very busy autoroute that is incredibly noisy. We had been assigned to a room very close to this road and my wife could not have slept in it even when wearing ear plugs (which she tried before we asked for a move). That said, the staff quickly relocated us to another room that was adequate and much less noisy immediately we asked for this. The hotel was also much further from the centre of Kingston than the literature led us to believe."
