"The sheets had a small rip in the bottom one and the bath tub had hair in it when I arrived. I was out more than I was in so it did not really matter but since you asked ....
Yes I would go back.

"The hotel was a bit pricy, but it was clean and well kept and the staff were attentive. However I did find a few bugs in my room that I had to kill. And the t.v. was set so when it turned on it was at a certain channel and VERY loud which was irritating. I kept waking up my partner when I turned it on it was so loud. I didn't like that. The pool times ended at 10pm, it would have been nice if it was open all night, we never made it to the pool due to our busy scheduele. I would have preferred a breakfast we could take with us, but we had to sit down and dine which I do not always want to do. Otherwise it was a great hotel and I enjoyed my stay."

"We found the air conditioning system really did not work well and so very noisy that we turned it off in order to sleep.
There were only two bath sized towels in the bathroom (besides the hand towels and face cloths) -- I find that I almost always have to ask for more bath towels as I prefer having two per person (i.e. 2 persons staying in one room = 4 bath towels)."

"our first room, the tv converter did not work and there was no light bulb in the lamp.
our second room , the heat was off and did not work, and the tv did not work.
our third room was just average, towels were stained and the notice re: stealing towels makes you think they feel everyone is a theif.
the sauna was not working.
if there had not been a hockey tournament in town, we would have stayed elsewhere.
all in all it was not a good stay.
the staff were exellent and very embarassed .
you may use my full name in reporting and tell them I would rather sleep in a cardboard box under a bridge than stay in there hotel again."

"Staying there was a pleasure. I went to London to write an exam, and in the room I found a fridge and a great desk area that provided me a great area to study at. By the way, after a great study night, I passed my exam the next day...
Checking out was easy, and I would definitely go there again...
Thanks.."

"-delay in checking in because the clerks didn't know how to process the prepayment that was done on line.
-about half an hour after we checked in, my wife called her sister. About ten minutes later, her sister called back and the hotel had no record of our being there.
-basic cable TV. pay per view movies have been discontinued.
-no fan in bathroom...nothing to clear steam following shower. I've never stayed at a hotel without a bathroom fan.
-one half mini bottle of shampoo in the bathroom. It had already been opened...no conditioner.
-some sort of hockey or basketball tournament in town. Teenagers running up and down the hall making noise until about 11:30 PM"

"I found the staff to be rude and unhelpful. On arrival I had no bulb in one lamp another one out of order and a Tv that had no power button. when I requested a room change I was told that there was none available and then had to listen to the receptionist moan to the maintenance guy about me wanting a room change - when I pointed out to her that I was standing right there - she looked at me and said ' I know' and then continued her conversation..."
