"I was very impressed by the service and cleanliness of this small hotel. The night receptionist couldn't have been more helpful. We informed everybody we visited how impressed we were with the hotel. Unfortunately, guests who cannot manage steps/stairs couldn't take advantage of this wonderful hotel."

"The hotel had to provide a different room from the one I was supposed to receive and I wound up in a smoking room. Very disappointed over that. Also the beds were so worn out that you had to sleep on the edge to get support."
