"Car parking was about $15 per night and spaces were a little small for a 4x4. Otherwise everything was as advertised. Two bedroomed suites were huge, with 2 TV's and well equipped kitchen. I would stay there again."

"Hello, As you can see we really enjoyed our stay. There was a man at the counter that worked the evening shift (dont remember his name) younger man with dark curly hair. Anyway, he was very friendly and gave us everything we needed from directions to places to go in your great city (our first visit). Unfortuantly, there is an issue I must bring up. We made our reservations but only stayed two since we found a house to rent right away. I dont want a refund for the 2 unused nights all I want is a credit to be used later since in July we are moving to Ottawa. The travel agency is giving us the run acound and not getting anywhere. They said that your hotel was paid for 4 nights and we should get the credit from you?? Could you help us with this issue?? Thanks so much for your cooperation with this... Chris and Ansley O'Connor Room 516.... our number in VA is 757-340-7270 pls give us a call when you get this.."
