"Don't stay here JUST for the FREE 'continental' breakfast! If you don't mind walking into a room with NO staff, helping yourself to styrofoam cupped (weak) coffee and orange juice, buttering your own mini-bagel, mini-muffin, or mini-croussant, then you MIGHT enjoy your stay. Nice views of parking lots and a Rehab Centre across the street, though.
Now, the Perkins restaurant down Paris St. (attached to the Travelodge), has an EXCELLENT customer-service oriented wait staff (can't speak personally about the accomodations at Travelodge, unfortunately)."

"All staff and maintenance crew very helpful and accommodating when needed..ei..son was locked in the washroom, able to accommodate a cot in a timely manner, cleaning staff very friendly and helpful.
The only thing frustrating was the fact that the restaurant only serves Indian Food and not at all accommodating and flexible when attempted to order spaghetti for 30 kids instead of us getting catered from another outside restaurant. We would have preferred to give the business to the restaurant attached to the hotel but not willing at all or interested to make business and provide desirable customer service.
Continental breakfast was not desirable and pleasant. No hot meals like sausage, bacons, or eggs in the least. Very limited choice of cereal/milk, toasted bread or bage and no cream cheese ONLY butter.
The electrical in the one side of the room kept overloading enabling the toaster to function during the 6-9 am breakfast time frame.
On our last day, we requested to use the breakfast room as it was not being used at all to serve the swim team subway sandwiches in order that the children does not eat in the rooms and isolate food crumbs and cleaning in one room. We were accommodated but was initially given a hard time. This would not have happened if the restaurant was willing to cook other types of meals except Indian Food which was specified by the Manager on the first day.
Swimming competitions were occuring throughout the weekend, Fri,Sat & Sun and on the last day, we were accommodated to check out the latest of 1:30 pm. We approached the owner/manager to possibly extend the check out to about 1 hour more only for 3 rooms to have the children relax and wait for the bus to shuttle them to the University.
We were advised that we will be charged an additional day fee. As a result the 15 kids 13 and over were all scattered in the foyer with their luggages waiting for the bus and driver when it could have been better in the 3 rooms we were initially requesting for 1 hour longer than 1:30 p.m.
Furthermore, with the 30 swimmers and a coach, a set of 10-15 parents also stayed at the hotel.
I believe that we gave reasonable business to the hotel for the weekend and we were hardly there at the hotel during the day until 9:30 pm to sleep and rest.
My family and I have always stayed at Best Western Hotels no matter where we are and have found the accommodation and customer services desirable and pleasant and recommendable. I regretfully would like you to be aware that we were not very comfortable and does not find that the owner is not interested in ensuring that a pleasant stay at this specific location will be experienced. I can assure you however that this does not reflect on other Best Western Hotal locations."

"My stay was really good except I thought that the night shift guy (11pm to 7am) was rude at some times. The afternoon girl was really good and the room was very comfortable. I would come back to stay."

"We had trouble locating the hotel. The outside signage is very small and poorly lit. We literally drove past it twice before finding it."
