"When I arrived at the hotel "Michelle" was the front desk clerk on duty who handled my check in. She was very friendly and helpful. She took the time to deliver a baggage cart down to the main entrance of the tower to make it easier for my kids and I to load up our personal items. She is very personable and does a great job for the Holiday Inn. Please share my thanks again to her for her assistance and friendly welcome!"

"My girlfriend and I came down to meet 2 friends for a relaxing shopping weekend. We booked a room with 2 beds. When we arrived we had a room with one bed because the hotel assumed that because we were 2 adults we were a couple. (should never assume!) Therefore, they had to give us another room, and because of this we went from the 4th floor to the 1st floor because the hotel was booked, and we were in the middle of a bunch of hockey team rooms. It was very noisy and we were very disappointed."
