"The hotel was great compared to others in the area. We come up from the states every year to fish and stay in Thunder Bay on our way to Nipigon. The coffee machine could easily be replaced by a standard "pump" thermos and I think everyone would like it better. The staff was very attentive...we stayed at the Best Western on the south side of town in years past and did not enjoy it at all. We'll probably stay here again next year."

"This motel was in the middle of constructing a 3rd story, so it was loud starting at 8:00 am and the parking was limited. The continental breakfast was poor. Travelling with 4 children, they were unable to accomodate us in one room thus requiring a second room, but then were unable to asign us connecting rooms due to the construction. It was close to everything and the accomodations and housekeeping were good."
